I'm pretty over the T-shirt epiphany I was contemplating last night. I mean, I might do it if I come up with some kind of geeky niche thing I can corner the market on, or develop the next Hello Kitty, but I'm just not quite there yet. I think once we move, I'll have a clearer head (along with the clearer space!). Things are just too distracting right now for me to really concentrate on anything great, so...All in good time, as they say! I don't want to crank out crap just to try to make some quick money through a shoddy merchandiser, y'know? For not-very-long-lasting laser printing, they sure want to gouge you for their cut. I love the whole "Sure, jack your royalty percentage up as much as you want! As long as you don't mind selling a $5930 T-shirt, we'll be happy to give you that!"...What a way to care for a client.
In the meantime, my head is full of great Japan inspired design work I'd love to eventually get OUT of my head and on paper.

And I think its fantastic that you're feeling all inspired again! I remember not long ago when you were saying in your journal back in February that you were feeling a bit uninspired or something. So, GO YOU!
Yeah, I'm inspired to a degree, but I'll need more time to feel 100%. Hopefully it'll get there. In the meantime, I've lost most of my fanbase on this website since the banning and inactivity (out of sight, out of mind, as they say), so it hardly makes it seem worth putting anything out there and expecting it to sell anyway, you know? I might eventually go with the Japanese site, though, since my work is more likely to stand out in the mostly anime lineup (y'know..if I don't do anything anime looking), but for the reasons connected to good business sense, I wouldn't be posting the designs here...If ya know what I mean.
Thanks again for your kind encouragement!
