Usually that means playing videogames, which I get very absorbed into, watching a movie (especially at the theatre, no distractions) or indulging in a hobby.

When I reflect, I think of other low times, and what I did to pull myself out of it. Over the years, I have taken these memories, and created a sort of 'hope chest'. Basically these memories/stories give me hope, and inspire me to look within so that I can pull myself up.
I am also brutally honest with myself. I try not to put the blame on others when it comes to my moods. By telling myself I am in control of every choice I make, whether it's a good choice or not, I own my path. I noticed that I feel more blue when I don't feel I can make a difference, because I have given so much power to others. Power over even my failures and misjudgments makes me look deeper for answers.
